Dr. Masatomo Kobayashi, Coordinator and Head of Experimental Plant Division, has been selected as one of the Highly Cited Researchers 2016 The list was published by Clarivate Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters), which identifies 3,265 authors as the most influential researchers in 21 scientific fields, including 208 authors in the Plant & Animal Science field.
